Fascianating 2018
Fascianating 2018.
Dear reader, Greetings from ArteFactPro!
I was looking forward to writing this blog entrance to inform you about the exceptional international schedule for Fascia over this year 2018.
(ATTENTION: This content includes some sensitive images that some people may find offensive or disturbing).
At the beginning of March, thanks to “Escuela Universitaria de Fisioterapia de la ONCE and Miofascial Induction – TUPIMEK”, took place in Madrid (Spain) the 28th ONCE symposium “Fascia. Scientific Advances”.http://euf.once.es/es/jornadas/jornadas-2018 Many representatives and professionals in the field attended this event delighting us with their experience, research and knowledge about the latest news of this new biomechanical Paradigm.
Another highlight of this month was the “Fascia Connection” which took place in Mexico DF from March 22nd to the 25th . http://tens-vidaplena.com/eventos-proximos/2018/03/22/1er-congreso-fascial-connection/ It was the 1st Fascia International Congress celebrated by “Anahuac University North Campus” and organized by “Vida Plena”, where doctors and manual therapist enjoyed the latest researches about the important role of Fascia.
Later on, on May 12th-13th, the next world reference event about Fascia will take place in Solihull, Birmingham (UK). This is certainly the “British Fascia Symposium“ http://www.fasciasymposium.co.uk/ which has been organized by “Jan Trewartha” and “Body in Harmony”. This event will have some workshops and high quality lectures counting on assistance of international recognition and prestige preceded by the “BFS PreConference Day” https://www.bfspreconferenceday.com (sponsored by “British Fascia Symposium” and “National Training Centre”).
By mid-November (14th-15th) and concluding this busy 2018, the “Fifth International Congress“ http://fasciacongress.org/ will take place at the “Urania Centre” in Berlin (Germany). Professors, researchers and manual therapists will join together to share, inform, and enhance the comprehension and collaboration between fascia investigations and clinic professionals who develop their activity with human fascia as well as with animal fascia in theory and practice. Besides that, they will also make us understand its function and structure, answering ongoing questions with scientific rigour.
Immediately after this Congress, from November 16th to the 18th and at the same location, the 9th Physiotherapy Congress “Fascia in the osteopathic field – in clinical context” organized by the “Ostheopaghie Schule Deutschland” will take place. It would be great if we could all move to Berlin during this week!
So last but not least and since we are talking of fascianating updates, I couldn’t leave you without updating the new information about the next book from Andrzej Pilat which will be out next November thanks to “Handspring Publishing Limited” Https://www.facebook.com/handspringpublishing/videos/2379747608709377/?hc_ref=ARRv-W5GGhx7lo6cNHt36LTiV6LYZC0xV36PntxUXwStNV2W-yU_61T8ywHj-pavL6s&fref=nf . A complete theory and practice Anatomy guide with scientific rigour where you will find some amazing “Fascia Selfies”.
And that’s it for now…Hope you found this information useful and of course I encourage you to attend at least one of these Congresses so we could all learn as much information as we can about this “fascianating” matter.
See you soon Folks! And remember, “Trust in Fascial Tensegrity, the force is intense in her…”
